NOTICE, given under Texas Open Meetings Act: Meeting of Skyline Ranch Estates Water Supply Corp. Board scheduled for 5:30 p.m., Thursday, 7/11/2024, at: Home of Hamish Fordwood, 115 Sunrise Canyon, Wimberley (Hays County), TX 78676.

AGENDA

  1. ESTABLISH QUORUM, CALL MEETING TO ORDER.
  2. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES FROM 6/6/24 and 6/18/24 BOARD MEETINGS.
  3. OPERATIONS REPORT.
  4. TREASURER’S REPORT.
  5. Review SREWSC Drought Declaration for Compliance with most recent Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (HTGCD) drought declaration. If applicable, revise SREWSC drought declaration for compliance with HTGCD’s most recent drought declaration.
  1. Review & discuss 7/2/24 Joint TX DPS-DIR-TCEQ Letter to Water-Wastewater Providers and related security issues (e.g., status of erecting security fence around well #2 & consideration of other possible security measures).
  1. Review & discuss website issues & range of possible remedial actions to be considered.
  1. Discuss & resolve disposition of 2 submersible well pumps brought to the Board’s attention by former president Chip Schwamb at our last Board meeting: we have 2 used pumps now with PGMS which Tim has asked us to either store at the well-site or send back to the factory for refurbishment. Bob Schneider previously reported at a prior board meeting that factory warranty on refurbished submersible pumps is just 1 year – starting when the refurbished pump is returned to us.
