Notice & Agenda for 3/26/26 SREWSC Board Meeting

NOTICE, given under Texas Open Meetings Act: Skyline Ranch Estates Water Supply Corporation (SREWSC) Board Meeting scheduled for 4:00 p.m., Thursday, 3/26/26, at the Schneider residence, 505 Stoney Creek Vista, Wimberley (Hays County), Texas 78676

AGENDA:

  1. Quorum determination + call to order. Determination of quorum and call meeting to order.
  2. Review/Approve Minutes of prior meeting(s). Review & approve minutes of previous board meeting (of 2/21/26 – annual organizational meeting).
  3. Board Members & Officers. (As applicable) Any necessary discussion of board membership and/or positions of officers or volunteers offering to serve on board.
  4. Operations Report. Including: a) communications between Board members & PGMS since last board meeting; b) status of any pending repairs authorized by board (mini-hydrants & plumbing around well house of well #1 & pressure tank, etc.); c) news about any compliance issues (as applicable) – water usage report due TWDB by 3/1/26 was submitted to TDWB by PGMS’s Lindsey Allen by email on 2/23/26; d) Discussion of reasons for and resolution of water outages of 3/3/27 & 3/4/26; e) Any other operations issues raised by board members or guests.
  5. Treasurer’s Report. Included but not limited to: a) report on completion & submission to TWDB of independent audit for calendar year 2024; b) current cash flow report and, as applicable, other financial reports to Board by Treasurer; c) status of tax return preparation and 2025 independent audit and/or engagement of accountants to prepare any audits or tax returns; d) (if applicable) ratification of exigent financial decisions made since last board meeting to facilitate businesslike conduct of WSC’s business (e.g., payments ≥$500, etc.); e) (if applicable) further consideration/discussion of treasurer’s office transition issues.
  6. Review SREWSC Drought Declaration for Compliance with most recent HTGCD drought declaration. If applicable, revise SREWSC drought declaration for compliance with Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District’s (HTGCD’s) most recent drought declaration.
  7. Security Issues and/or Pending Contracts or Projects: Review and discuss 2/9/26 proposal for fence and gate construction at well-site, any revisions or clarifications of proposal, any actions taken in response to proposal, and take any further board action as appropriate.
  8. TRWA correspondence & possible engagement of attorney. Discuss TRWA correspondence & possible engagement of attorney for assistance in correcting erroneous CCN geography map on file with PUC.
  9. Customer leak/invoice adjustment request issues. [If applicable..] Discuss and take appropriate action on any pending customer leak/invoice adjustment issues.
  10. Public comments. Public comment, if requested (limited to 3 minutes per speaker).
  11. Next meeting. Set date, time and location of next SREWSC board meeting.
  12. Adjourn.
