NOTICE, given under Texas Open Meetings Act: Meeting of Skyline Ranch Estates Water Supply Corp. Board scheduled for 5:45 p.m., Thursday, 9/26/2024, at: the Koenings’ residence, 1001 Skyline Ridge Lookout, Wimberley (Hays County), TX 78676.

[NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS BOARD MEETING NEEDS TO BE AS BRIEF AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE ONE OF OUR BOARD MEMBERS HAS EMPLOYMENT OBLIGATIONS VERY EARLY FRIDAY, 9/27/24; AND WHILE THE BOARD IS EXPECTED TO TAKE UP AGENDA ITEM NOS. 1, 2, 5, 6, 10, and 11, IT IS LIKELY ALL OTHER AGENDA ITEMS BESIDES 1, 2, 5, 6, 10 and 11 WILL BE TABLED UNTIL NEXT REGULAR MEETING.]

1. ESTABLISH QUORUM, CALL MEETING TO ORDER.

2. REVIEW & APPROVE MINUTES FROM 8/22/24 BOARD MEETING.

3. OPERATIONS REPORT.

4. TREASURER’S REPORT.

5. Review and complete 2024 HTGCD Annual Permit Renewal Form.

6. Review SREWSC Drought Declaration for Compliance with most recent Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (HTGCD) drought declaration. If applicable, revise SREWSC drought declaration for compliance with HTGCD’s most recent drought declaration.

7. Review & discuss status of security issues: fence around well #2, etc.

8. Review & discuss feasibility of installing “smart” water meters, possibly with automatic leak cutoff and notification features.

9. OPEN FORUM (public comments limited to 5 (five) minutes per speaker).

10. Set Date and location for next board meeting (October 2024).

11. Adjourn.
